Shopora is a direct-to-consumer store that needed more control than an off-the-shelf plugin could give: custom pricing rules, a fast storefront and an admin panel the team could actually enjoy using.
The challenge
Slow page loads and a clunky checkout were costing sales. The team also needed inventory, orders and customers in one place without paying for five different SaaS tools.
Our solution
We built a React storefront with server-side rendering for SEO, a Node.js + Express API, MongoDB for products and orders, and Razorpay for payments. The admin panel covers products, stock, orders, coupons and analytics.
The result
A storefront that loads in under two seconds on mobile, a checkout that takes three taps, and an admin panel the team runs daily without developer help.
